→ YES → Continue. NO → Thank them, move on. Never pitch an unqualified parent.
"Perfect. I'm with Cultural Wealth Sports — we run the official NFL FLAG, Jr. NBA, MLS Soccer, and MLB programs right here in Davenport. Not a rec league — the actual official national programs. Season is open right now and we're in Early Bird — that's 50% off. How old is your child?"
→ 'Official' separates you from every rec league. 'How old?' gets them talking about their child.

CARDONE RULE:
You have an obligation to close. If you believe in this program — and it IS good for children — then not closing is a disservice to their child. The close is not for you. It's for the kid.
RICH PAUL RULE:
Lead with what you know about their child, not what you're selling. When a parent feels genuinely understood, the registration is not a sale — it's the natural next step.

THE CLOSE SEQUENCE — In Order
Use every time
Run This Sequence On Every Registration
Direct Close: "I want to get your child registered right now. Literally 90 seconds. What's their name and birthday so I can pull up their division?"
Urgency Close: "Early Bird closes in [X] days. After that it's [full price]. I've registered [REAL#] kids from [area] this week. I don't want [child's name] sitting out while their friends are playing."
Multi-Sport Close (MANDATORY): "Since you're registering for [SPORT], add [SPORT 2] today and save $30. Kids who do two sports develop fastest. Want me to add it right now?"
Uniform Upsell (ONE SENTENCE): "Do you want to add the uniform package? It's $40 and ships before the season. Most families add it."
Referral Close: "Before I let you go — is there a family you know with kids 4–17 who should know about CWS? If they register, you get $20 off automatically. Who comes to mind?"
OBJECTION RESPONSES
❌ "It's too expensive."
"That's why we have Early Bird — [EB PRICE] instead of [STD]. That's less than $11 a Sunday. What does your child do right now that gives them this level of development for $11 a week?"
→ Reframe: total price → weekly cost. Never defend the price — sell the value.
❌ "My child has never played before."
"That's exactly who this is built for. Week 1 is the Combine — no competition, just evaluation. Your child is placed with kids their exact age and level. Half our athletes had never played before. By Week 4, you won't be able to tell the difference."
→ Remove the fear of embarrassment first. The close follows naturally.
❌ "I need to talk to my spouse."
"Of course. Can I text you the link and the Early Bird deadline right now so you have everything for that conversation tonight? And — if you decide by [DATE], I can hold the Early Bird rate for you. Best number to text?"
→ Get a micro-commitment (phone number). Never let it end with no next step.
❌ "We're already in another sport."
"That's great — your child is already athletic. NFL FLAG is Sundays, everything else is Saturdays. No conflict. And multi-sport athletes develop the fastest. With the $30 multi-sport discount, you're looking at both programs for $[COMBINED PRICE]."
→ Position CWS as additive, not competitive. Never ask them to choose.
❌ "Can we just watch first?"
"Come watch — you're always welcome at Feltrim. But I'll be honest: most parents who come to watch wish they'd registered before they came. I'll hold your Early Bird rate. Text me when you pull in and I'll meet you there myself."
→ Personal investment closes the 'come watch' objection. Give them your number.
